Is this legal?
Yes. Companies license their business records all the time. The license is a written contract between you and the buyer, personal details are removed, and your lawyer can review everything before you sign. If your client contracts forbid sharing internal records, we'll tell you it isn't a fit.
Will someone read my employees' private messages?
Names and personal details are replaced by the buyer's de-identification process before any copy is made. You choose which channels and tools are included, so you can leave out anything sensitive, such as HR or management channels.
Do I lose ownership of my data?
No. You license a copy for a fixed period, usually 24 months. Your originals stay exactly where they are, and you keep using your tools as normal.
Who are the buyers?
AI companies and specialized data firms that train AI models. We name the specific buyers interested in your profile once your valuation is ready, under an NDA.
How much work is this for me?
